Instead, use your favorite song to get you out of bed.Ever since iOS 6, you've been able to pick a song stored on your iPad or iPhone to use as an alarm sound. Now, in iOS 8.4 (and the soon-to-be iOS 9), you can use tracks from Apple's new streaming service, Apple Music. Step 1: Pick a SongDon't go straight to your Clock app to pick an Apple Music song. Before you can do that, you have to find the song in the new Music app.
Step 2: Add to MusicOnce you've found a good wake-up song on Apple Music to use as an alarm, tap on the three-dot menu icon, then either add the song to an existing playlist or select "Add to My Music."
Step 3: Set It as Your AlarmNow you can go into your Clock app. Then when you're setting up an alarm, select Sound, and scroll up and choose "Pick a song" like you would for one stored on your device. You should see the streaming song as an option in your Playlist or under the Songs or Artists categories.
