The first step in setting up a VPN client is to go to your system preferences on your computer. Next select network and then select the plus button and type in that you will be making a VPN network. Next you should select the type PPTP and enter your server name. Then you can click on create and it will create a new network for you. Next you should enter your service address and your account name. Then you should select your authentication settings and enter your passwords. Finally you can close out of all of your windows.
